By accessing or using Bricks UI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the themes from Bricks UI for personal and commercial projects, subject to the following restrictions:

  • Free users may use free themes for personal projects only
  • Pro subscribers may use all themes (free and pro) for unlimited personal and commercial projects
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the themes as-is or as part of a template/theme collection
  • You may not claim the themes as your own work
  • Attribution is not required but appreciated

3. Pro Subscription

The Pro subscription is billed annually at $9.99 USD per year. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Pro subscribers receive:

  • Access to all pro-labeled premium templates
  • Commercial license for unlimited client projects
  • Priority email support
  • Early access to new releases

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Bricks UI makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bricks UI or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bricks UI's website.

8. Intellectual Property

All themes, code, designs, and content available through Bricks UI are the intellectual property of Bricks UI and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use outside the terms of the license is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bricks UI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
