Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bricks UI Pro subscription. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your refund request must be made within 14 days of your initial purchase date
- This is your first time purchasing a Bricks UI Pro subscription
- You have not previously received a refund from Bricks UI
- Your account is not being used in violation of our Terms and Conditions
Note: Refunds are only available for initial purchases. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Visit our Contact page
- Include your account email address and order number
- Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (optional but helps us improve)
We process most refund requests within 2-3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:
- Your refund will be processed through our payment processor, Paddle
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
- Your Pro subscription access will be immediately revoked upon refund approval
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not automatically renew
- No refund will be issued for the remaining days of your subscription period (unless within the 14-day refund window)
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the first billing period
- Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase date
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms and Conditions
- Second or subsequent refund requests from the same user
7. Exceptions
In rare cases, we may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Examples include:
- Technical issues preventing you from accessing the service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service interruptions beyond our control

8. Fraudulent Activity
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we determine to be fraudulent or abusive. This includes but is not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests from the same user or related accounts
- Attempting to download all content before requesting a refund
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
